Prior to any work being done it is recommended to use collision tape or some other protective cover in area where work will be done to minimize possibility of damage.
STEP 1: It is recommended that if you are unfamiliar with control arm bushing replacement, you refer to a qualified service center specializing in this type of work. It is also recommended that if you decide to proceed to perform control arm bushing replacement yourself, that a factory Viper service manual be obtained for the proper procedures pertaining to removal, replacement and proper torque specifications for your Viper's control arm fasteners.
STEP 2: New alignment will be required after installation of control arm bushings. It is recommended that you have the alignment checked on your vehicle at a qualified alignment shop.
STEP 3: Prior to control arm bushing installation, make sure that your car is in excellent mechanical condition and that there are no other suspension issues or steering related problems. TKO Motorsports Viper Control Arm Bushing Kits are designed to work only with a car that is in good state of repair. No matter how carefully we at TKO Motorsports design, engineer and manufacture our parts, we have no control over and cannot be held responsible for vehicles in a state of disrepair.
